I'm back!!!

I have now been here for 1 month, and I'm thoroughly enjoying myself, with a great supportive team and I'm loving the exciting new opportunities that await. After having the last few days off recovering from the dreaded cold, I'm glad to be back in the office. Although I must admit it was hard to leave the warmth of the doona this morning. Apart from being sick at home what have I been up to? Last week I had 2 days out on road coaching. I found this quite exciting and a great opportunity to see what really happens out on the road. I'm looking forward to further developing the coaching structure down here in Melbourne and have planned many more coaching days. Apart from the coaching, I have 2 Commerical Induction and 1 Consumer Induction that needs to be scheduled. The only thing holding this up, is the recruitment!!!All managers are finding there isn't a good quality of candidates coming through, so at the moment it is a case of sitting tight and being as prepared as I can be until the right candidates are appointmented..
